When mixed with other specific spices the result achieved is phenomenal as it leads to emotional traumas being reduced. The technique to use it for maximum effect is to; Take the common khus khus (poppy seed) grass and mix it with 3-4 cardamoms and 2 spoons of sandalwood powder. Keep the mixture till morning and mix a little plain water in it and apply it on the body for 10-15 minutes.
